Food is good quality. Resturant has the atmosphere of a small Italian restaurant. And the staff is friendly.
It was my first time visiting here. When you walk thru the doors, off to your right hand side, you'll see the wine case ready to greet you. They make their pizzas up front and had a large cheese pizza ready when we were there. The tables are lined with cute red checkered tablecloths. They have a great menu with a variety of options: Pasta, of course, along with veal, chicken and seafood. I ordered the Capellini Al Pomodoro, My friend ordered Fettuccini Al Bolognese and for the appetizer we shared the Caprese. It was divine! The fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil topped with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and olive oil made for a perfect taste! They brought out this delicious bread to the table- seasoned with cheese, garlic and que possibly rosemary. Our plates were incredibly delicious! The Capellini was delivered hot and tasted perfect with the blend of fresh roasted tomatoes, olive oil, and basil. The portion was big but I somehow managed to eat it all. If you're looking for some great Italian food, go check this place out!
Will has been before and got a slice to go. He loved it. We went tonight, and the service was fast. Excellent find. It has the feel of an old pizza joint. 5 stars for me. They have wine and beer on tap. If you don't want pizza, they have a ton of other options. We will be back.
My favorite go-to casual pizza place in San Antonio, I usually go to their Stone Oak location. It’s not the fanciest, but it hits the spot every time. The first time I went, dined in. But generally, I prefer their take out. Their pepperoni pizza is excellent - sauce is tasty and they don’t go too heavy on the cheese. Also pretty great (but not pictured) is their mushroom pizza.
I can't believe this place was so empty on Saturday!! From the very beginning we were impressed... the appetizer garlic bread was soft, warm, and came with a side of butter. Already winning right here. Then the Bruschetta came out on a pizza type breading (which was so much better than the little pieces of toasted bread), the mozzarella sticks had the best cheese pull, and lastly the pizza.... oh man the pizza... Chicken Alfredo and Supreme pizzas DELICIOUS!! 100/10 recommend. Oh and if you're a ranch lover like me... the ranch was so good, thick and full of flavor. Our waitress was quick and very friendly. Overall we loved that the food was piping hot when it got to the table and it looked just as good as it tasted. We will definitely be back very soon!
So, I was in San Antonio and went to this Italian restaurant that I really like. The people who work there are always so nice and the food is amazing. This time, I had a Caesar salad and fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was so creamy. And for dessert, I had a slice of their Italian cream cake. It was so good! I can't wait to go back.
My husband and I went for lunch for the very first time a couple of weeks ago. They only gave us a lunch menu, but after inquiring they gave us their full menu. I was so glad they did, because they have lobster ravioli. It was delicious. My husband ordered a stromboli which was not only huge, but delicious. We will definitely return to try more menu items.
I thought I'd try this place out after work and it did not disappoint. I had the cannenolli popo (not sure if I spelled that right) and it came with the garlic bread and butter. Both were so gooood. This hit the spot. I will return again.
